A RESOLUTION CALLINC A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-424, DISTRICTS SR-424,
SR-425, SR-426 and SR-427 SR-424, SR-426 and SR-427
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30,
of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be

held at 10:00 A. M. , May 1, A. D. 1946,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17thday of April,
A. D. 1946.
