Resolution 5996 RESOLUTION NO. 5996
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and
restrictions established and contained in Ordinance No. 289, com-
monly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida" as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
To amend said ordinance and the maps attachedthereto and made
a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple Family District
and Area District I'1o. 24, as said Districts are therein set forth
and described, the following described lands situate, lying and.
being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 1; and.
Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, of Block 10;
TO`ddNSITE OF HARDING, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Flat Book 34,
at page 4, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RNSOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 15th day of. May, A. D. 1946, at 10:00
o' clock, A. M. , in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV`rD that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the
Miami Beach Sun and Miami Beach Daily Tropics, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City of Miami Beach in conformity with Section
21 of Crdinance No. 289 of said City.
