Resolution 6000 RESOLUTION NO. 6000 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-284 H-284 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: H-284 West Forty-first (41st) Street, from North Meridian Avenue to Chase Avenue, to be paved, and where heretofore paved, to be repaved, to a width of seventy (70) feet with a bituminous wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock case; Together with necessary drainage, sewer inlets,man- holes and catch basins, and improved on both sides with a concrete curb and gutter. As said Street and Avenues are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Thirty-one (31) , Page Nine (9) , Plat Book Eight (8) , Page One Hundred Thirty (130) , Plat Book Seven (7) , Page One Hundred Sixty-one (161) , and Plat Book Twenty-three (23) , Page Si;ty-six (66) of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara- tion of bonds, interest during construction, leRal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-284, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-284.
