BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
MIAMI BEACH, FLOP.IDA
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M . , May
1st , A. D. 19 46 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignatedimrovements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements,
as completed, he and the same are hereby accepted.
