IMPROVEMENT H-284 DISTRICT H-2g4
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution 1t.assed and
adopted oh the 17th day of April 15 40 ordered
the Highway improvement
District H-284 , and has prepared and filed with the City
C1`erk plans and specifications cf such improvement and an
eSitimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that tine ity Council would on the

lst day of May 19 at the City Hall in said
City at 1000 o ' clock A, M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach; Florida., that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-284 , District H-284 , be an „the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of Al2,666.50 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with city fords without contract.
