Resolution 6015 RESOLUTION NO. 6015
WIMREAS, a public hearing is to be held on May 15, 1946,
by the United States District Engineer on the question of whether
or not the United States will adopt, improve and maintain Baker' s
Haulover Inlet for navigation, abatement of pollution, and related
purposes ; and
WHEREAS, the construction of any engineering works in con-
nection with Baker' s Haulover will, of necessity, affect the interests
of the City of Miami Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Engineer be and he is
hereby authorized and directed, for and in the name of said City, to
be and appear at said hearing and to present to said District Engi-
neer, in the form of testimony or otherwise, as to him shall seem
best, the problems affecting the interests of said City which will
arise in connection with any proposed work at said Baker' s Haulover
Inlet.
