it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
that we, joined by the Miami Beach citizens, do hereby express our sincere
appreciation to you for your great contribution to the vital military activity
in our cty, and
-- MIAMI BEACH citizens are proud of the opportunity you gave them to
share in this nation's all-out determination to crush forever those who would
deprive the peoples of Democracies the right to live as free men, and
WE, the members of the City Council of Miami Beach, present you with
this token of our appreciation as further evidence of your popularity and high
esteem in which you are held by your fellowmen.
