RESOLUTION NO. 6020
WHEREAS, application of Miami Beach Airline Service,
Inc. , is now pending before the Railroad Commission of the
State of Florida, for a certificate of public convenience
and necessity in connection with the proposed transportation
of passengers between Miami Beach and the 36th Street
Airport, and
WHEREAS, such an operation would be of great con-
venience to the citizens of and visitors to the City of Miami
Beach,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, that the application of Miami Beach Air-
line Service, Inc. , heretofore described, be and the same is
hereby endorsed.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of May, A. D. , 1946.
