Resolution 6025 RESOLUTION NO. 6025
WHEFUAS, the Miami Ocean. View Company, a Florida Cor-
poration, did on the 6th day of May, A. D. 1943, convey to the
City of Miami Beach the following described land, situate,
lying and being in the City of Miami Beach, County of Dade,
State of Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
"That unnamed tract of land lying
between East Drive and West Drive,
as shown on the Corrected Plat of
STAR ISLAND recorded in Plat Book 31,
page 60, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida. "

R.EAS, the conveyance of said property to said City
contained the following:
"notwithstanding the terms hereof, the
party of the first part retains the
right and privilege at any time within
eighteen (18) months from the date hereof,
to remove from the above described property,
that certain residence now located on the
South end of the land hereby conveyed, and
the use thereof by the party of the second
part for any purpose shall not be grounds
for reversion of title. "
and
WHEREAS, the Miami Ocean View Company has requested an
extension of the time within which said residence may be removed
from the above described property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL?ED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the time within which Miami
Ocean View Company shall have the right and privilege of removing
from the above described property that certain residence now lo-
cated in the South end of said property, be and the same is hereby
extended to June 30th, 1947.
