SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-448 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer, and necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the northerly curb line of West 63rd Street
from a point at or near the centerline of Allison Road
to a point at or near the East bulkhead line of Indian
Creek subdivi sion.
At or near the southerly curb line of West 63rd Street
from a point at or near the easterly bulkhead line
produced southerly of Indian Creek subdivision, to a
point at or re ar the westerly bulkhead line produced
southerly of Indian Creek subdivision,
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
to the line of approximately each one hundred (100) feet
of abutting property as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street and bulkhead lines are shown on a plat
recorded in Plat Book 31 , Page 75, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Road is named and
designated in Ordinance No. 375.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper on conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to
be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR04 , and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-448.
