RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAAI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY ENGINEER TO LAKE APPLICATION
TO THE WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED
STATES FOR PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT
SANITARY SEWER SIPHON
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIA.tiII
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That, Morris N. Lipp, City Engineer for
said City, be , and he is hereby directed and authorized
to make application to the War Department of the United
States for permission to construct an eight (g) inch
cast iron sanitary sewer siphon below the waters of Indian
Creek in the vicinity of Sixty-third ( 63) Street , and to
make application in the name of said City, or in his own
name as representative of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY
