Resolution 6038 RESOLUTION NO. 6038
WHEREAS, Miami Beach Heights, Inc., a Florida Corporation,
is the owner of a tract of land lying north of the incorproated limits
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said Miami Beach Heights, Inc. , desires to contract
with the City of Miami Beach for the use of the sewage disposal system
of said City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said city deems it to the
best interest of the city to enter into a contract with said Miami Beach
Heights, Inc., providing for the use of said sewage disposal system
by said Miami Beach Heights, Inc., and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an agreement
on said subject, which agreement has been submitted to the City Council
and with the terms of which the City Council is familiar,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement in the
name of and on behalf of said City.
