Resolution 6044 RESOLUTION NO. 6044
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is authorized
by 1-w to act for the said. City and to expend its funds for water works
or sewerage systems ; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following described
plans, to-wit :
Contract 46-SR, Allison Island, rroposed Sanitary
Sewers, Districts SA.-447 , 48 , SRN-80, City of
Miami Beach, Florida, dated. June , 1946.
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State Board
of Health for approval ; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said Florida
State Board of Health for approval of said plans.
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that ,the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and accept said
plans and that Claude A. Renshaw, City viana.c;er, be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to submit for consideration and approval to the
Florida State Board of Health the above-described plans.
