Resolution 5691 RESOLUTION NO. 5691
WHEREAS, the United States of America has heretofore
made to the City of Miami Beach, Florida, offers of a grant
of C,!37,000.00 to aid in the making of alterations and
additions to the building; located at No. 1 Biscayne Street,
Miami Beach, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City did thereafter
accept same offer and did appropriate the sum of $12,000.00
as a portion of the cost of said Project, known as Project
Fla-8-249 (N.F. ) , and
WHEREAS, the cost of construction as finally determined
• has exceeded the estimate cost of the Project by the sum of
$321.'73,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida.., that in addition to the
sum of $12,000.00 heretofore appropriated for said Project,
there 'oe and there hereby is ap7Iropriated the sum of ' 321,73
from the funds of the City available for such purpose . The
City Clerk is hereby authorized to deposit the sum herein
stated in the construction account for this project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21ST DAY CF JULY, A.D. 1943.
