Resolution 5696 RESOLUTION NO. 5696
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami beach,
Florida, has been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, reFtrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known es the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
That Ordinance No. 289 known as the "Zoning Ordinance
of Niiami Beach, Florida" and the areadistrict maps thereto
attached and made a °art thereof, be amended so as to exclude
from area district No. 5, as therein set forth and defined,
and to include in area district No. 9, as therein set forth
and defined, the following described property, situate , lying
and being in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit:
Lot Nineteen (19) of Block Two (2) , of
SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, accord—
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 28, at page 28, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 3rd day of November, 1943, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
in the Council Cnambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida,
for the purpose as above set forth, and;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said
Ordinance.
