Resolution 5709 RESOLUTION NO. 5709
WHEREAS, there has been a vacancy on the
City Council since October 20, 1943, by reason of
the resignation of Mr. Mitchell Wolfson,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, that we do
hereby designate and appoint Mr. Marcie Liberman
as Councilman to serve the unexpired portion of
the councilmanic term left vacant by the resigna-
tion of Mr. Wolf son.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 30th day of December,
A. D. 1943.
