Resolution 5734 RESOLUTION NO. 573 +
WiiEREAS, the City of Miami Beach desires to construct
a water supply main across Biscayne Bay on and across North Bay
Causeway and in order to do so it is necessary to secure permis-
sion and authority from the State Road Department of the State of
Florida,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that City Manager, Claude A.
Renshaw, be and he hereby is authorized and directed to make the
necessary applications for and on behalf of said City to the State
Road Department of the State of Florida in order to secure permis-
sion and authority to construct a water supply main across Biscayne
Bay on and across North Bay Causeway.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of June, A. D. 1944.
