SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-419 SR-419
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-419 The laying underground of an eight (B) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley west of
Harding Avenue from a point at or near the
southerly line produced easterly of Lot Ten (10) ,
Block Eight (B) , Harding Townsite, to a point
at or near the southerly line, produced easterly
of Lot Fourteen (14) , said Block and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of said
Lot Fourteen (14) , as a part of the main improvement.
As said Alley, Avenue, Lot, Block and Townsite are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four
(34) , Page Four (4) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Harding Avenue is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessa ry and nroner in conducting the proceedings and
work herein provided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-419, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-419.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th DAY OF June A.D.1944.
