Resolution 5756 T RESOLUTION NO. 5756 WHEREAS, the United States Department of Commerce has requested the City of Miami Beach to, for and in consideration of mutual benefits, enter into a lease with the United States of America for the term of ten ( 10) years beginning July 15th, 1944, covering the following described premises : Sufficient roof space on the Life Guard Station Building for attachment of radio antenna to existing mast , owned by lessor, and sufficient wall space on interior office room ( located on the ground floor) for location of radio receiver and telemetering equip- ment ; all located at 10th & Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida ; with ready and convenient access to all space at all times, and WHEREAS, it appears that it is to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach that said lease be entered into, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Acting Iayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said is ase for and on be- half and in the name of the City of Miami Beach.
