SANITARY SEWER IMPzOVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF iIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR_421 The laying undergroundof an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and

appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Dickens Avenue from
a point at or near the southerly line, produced
westerly of Lot 1, Block 24, Altos del Mar No. 3,
to a point at or near the centerline of 77th
Street.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the -lain sewer to the line of Lot 1,
Block 25, said Altos del Mar No. 3, as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Street, Lots, Blocks and. Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page
41 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.,
and as said Dickens Avenue and 77th Street are named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and. Snecifications of said improvement andan
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest
during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-421, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-421 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY CF Augusts A. D. 1944.
