Resolution 5767 _ ,rig RESOLUTION NO. 5767 WHEREAS, permission was heretofore given by the City of Miami Beach to the United States of America to use certain premises situated in said City and described as follows: The strip of land in Lummus Park, 60 x 700 feet running North and South, 350 feet of which is North of the center of Twelfth Street and 350 feet of which is South of the center of Twelfth Street, lying on the sand: beach just East of the line of trees. AND WHEREAS, the use of said premises is no longer reruired by the United States of America and possession of said oronerty has been redelivered to said City in good condition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver for and on behalf of said City a full release of all claims arising out of said permit and the occupation by the United States of America of said property.
