SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, LORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its Intention to proceed under Sections 29 end 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-113 A six and one-half foot concrete sidewalk where
necessary on the east side of Alton Road, between
tie existing sidewalk and the curb, from the
north ::,rooerty line of the alley north of Lincoln
Road to a point one hundred eihtY ( 180) feet,
more or less, north of the north property line of
said alley.
As said Road and Alley are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book Six (6) , Page Thirty (30) , of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, . includin. En estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci-
fications arrd estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during con-
struction, legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses
necessaryand proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-113, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof, shall
be aesignated as District SK-113.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF October, A. D. 1944.
