Resolution 5778 RESOLUTION NO. 5778
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Office of Price Administration at Miami,
with offices in the City of Miami, Florida, be, and they are, hereby
urgently requested to establish, at a suitable location in the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, a branch office for the purpose of receiving
and handling applications for the various ration certificates now
being required.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if it is found by the Office
of Price Administration to be impossible, or impracticable, to es-
tablish a branch office in the City of Miami Beach, then said Office
of Price Administration be, and they are, hereby requested to assign
for duty at the City Hall in Miami Beach, Florida, one Barbara Rees,
to serve in a capacity similar to that in which she was formerly em-
ployed at said City Hall.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to furnish a certified copy of this resolution to
Flamen B. Adae, Local Board Chairman of the Office of Price Adminis-
tration.
