RESOLUTION NO. 5792
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending of the regulations and restrictions establish-
ed in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
Miami. Beach, Florida" , so as to provide that in business districts as
therein set forth and defined, no merchandise, debris, trash, garbage,
lumber, bones , waste paper, or other movable materials, shall be put,
placed or stored within twenty ( 20) feet of any private property not
zoned for business use, except within a main or accessory building.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and it is hereby
called, to be held on the 4th day of April, A. D. 1945, at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearings by publishing notice thereof in
the Miami Beach Sun and Daily Tropics, a newspaper of general
circulation in said City of Miami Beach in conformity with Section
21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
