Resolution 5816 RESOLUTION NO. 5$16
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, that it is deemed to be to the best interest of
said City to secure the passage, at the 1945 Session of the State
Legislature, of a bill entitled:
"AN ACT TO AMLND SECTION 11 OF
CHAPTER 7672 OF THE LAWS OF FLORIDA,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE MUNICIPAL
GOV=ERNMENT OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this Resolution and
of said Bill-be furnished to the Honorable DC. Coleman, the Honorable
C . W.Peters, the Honorable George Okell, and the Honorable Richard
Oelkers, Members of the Florida Legislature from Dade County, and
that they each be respectfully requested to see that said Bill be
introduced and passed at said Session.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 25th day of April , A.D. 1945.
