Resolution 5817 RESOLUTION NO. 5817
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend its funds
for water works or sewerage systems ; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following des-
cribed plans, to-wit :
1. City of Miami Beach
Plan of Proposed 30" Force Main
11th St . Pump Sta. to 28th St. Pump Sta.
dated June, 1944; consisting of 4 sheets.
2. Details of
Proposed Indian Creek Relief Siphon
City of Miami Beach, Florida
dated May, 1943. Serial 154.
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said Florida
State Board of Health for approval of said plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and accept said
plans and that Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager and Acting City En-
gineer, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to submit for
consideration and approval to the Florida State Board of Health the
above-described plans .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day cf May, A. D. 1945.
