Resolution 5826 RESOLUTION NO. 5826
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, desires to
construct a bridge across Biscayne Waterway at 41st Street, in
said City; and
WHEREAS, it is of vital importance to the citizens of Miami
Beach that said bridge be built; and
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with the construction of said
bridge it is necessary to secure priorities from the proper govern—
mental agencies for the necessary materials,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager,
be and he is hereby authorized and directed to make the proper
and necessary applications for and on behalf of said City to secure
priorities on the materials necessary for the construction of a
bridge across Biscayne Waterway at 41st Street in said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 16th day of May, A.D. , 1945.
