SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SP-422 The laying underground of a twenty-one ( 21) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Normandy Drive from
a point at or near the intersection of the southerly
curb line, produced westerly, of Everglades Concourse,
with the northeasterly curb line, produced north-
westerly, of Bay Drive, to a point at or near the
centerline, produced northerly of the alley near
the easterly end of Block Ten (10) , Ocean Side
Section, Isle of Normandy.
The laying underground of an eighteen (18) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley at the
easterly end of Block Ten (10) , Ocean Side Section
Isle of Normandy, from a point at or neer the centerline
of Normandy Drive to a point at or near the centerline,
produced easterly, of the alley south of said Normandy
Drive in said Block Ten (10) .
At or near the centerline of the alley south of
Normandy Drive in Block Ten (10), Ocean Side Section
Isle of Normandy, from a point at or near the centerline
of the alley at the easterly end of said Block Ten (10) ,
to a point at or near the centerline of Rue Notre Dame;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of each twenty-five (25)
feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improve-
ment;
The laying underground of a fifteen (15) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the centerline of the alley South of Normandy
Drive from a point at or near the centerline of Rue
Notre Dame to a point at or near the centerline of Rue
Bordeaux;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of each twenty-five (25) feet
of abutting property, as a part of the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of Rue Bordeaux from a point at
or near the centerline, produced westerly, of the alley south
of Normandy Drive, to a point at or near the northerly curb
line, produced easterly, of Everglades Concourse ;
At or near the centerline of Trouville Esplanade from a
point at or near the northerly curb line, produced westerly
of Everglades Concourse, to a point at or near the northerly
curb line, produced easterly of Normandy Drive ;
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty (50)
feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improvement.

The laying underground of a twelve (12) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances ;
At or near the centerline of the alley south of
Everglades Concourse from a point at or near the
northeasterly curb line of Bay Drive to a point at
or near the centerline of the alley east of
Rue Versailles;
At or near the centerline of Rue Versailles from a
point at or near the centerline of Normandy Drive
to a point at or near the centerline, produced
wester13 of the alley north of said Normandy Drive ;
At or near the centerline of Rue Notre Dame from a
point at or near the northerly curb line, produced
easterly of Normandy Drive, to a point at or near
the centerline of Biarritz Drive;
At or near the centerline of Trouville Esplanade, from
a point at or near the northerly curb line, produced
westerly ,of Everglades Concourse, to a point at or
near the centerline of Biarritz Drive ;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty ( 50) feet of abutting property, as a part of
the main improvement;
At or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive from a point
at or near the centerline of Trouville Esplanade to a
point at or near the centerline of Rue Granville;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property, as a part of the
main improvement;
The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the centerline of Rue Versailles from a
point at or near the centerline, produced westerly of
the alley, north of Normandy Drive to a point, at or near
the centerline of Marseille Drive;
At or near the centerline of Marseille Drive from a point
at or near the centerline of Rue Versailles to a point
at or near the easterly line, produced southerly of Lot
Eleven (11) , Block Eight (8) , Ocean Side Section, Isle
of Normandy;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property, as a part of the
main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the alley south of Everglades
Concourse, from a point at or near the centerline of the
alley east of Rue Versailles to a point at or near the
centerline of said Rue Versailles;

At or near the centerline of Rue Versailles from
a point at or near the centerline, produced westerly
of the alley South of Everglades Concourse to a
point at or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive.
At or near the centerline of Rue Notre Dame from
a point at or near the northerly curb line, produced
easterly of Normandy Drive, to a point at or near
the centerline of Marseille Drive ;
At or near the centerline of Rue Notre Dame from a
point at or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive
to a point at or near the centerline of Bay Drive ;
At or near the centerline of Trouville Esplanade, from
a point at or near the northerly curb line, produced
easterly, of Normandy Drive to a point at or near the
centerline of Marseille Drive;
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty
(50) feet of abutting property, as a part of the main
improvement;
At or near the centerline of Rue Granville from a point
at or near the northerly curb line, produced easterly,
of Normandy Drive to a point at or near the centerline
of Marseille Drive ;
At or near the centerline of Rue Granville from a point
at or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive to a point
at or near the centerline of Bay Drive ;
As said Alleys, Streets, Drives, Lots, Blocks and
Subdivision are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Books
25, Pages 56 and 60, Plat Book 34, Page 80, Plat Book
40, Pages 33 and 35, and Plat Book 41, Page 75, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-422, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-422.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF June, A.D. 1945.
