Resolution 5832 RESOLUTION NO. 5832
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
authorized by law to act for said City and to expend its funds
for water works or sewerage systems ; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following
described plans, to—wit:
Proposed Sanitary Sewer Trunk Lines in the Isle
of Normandy, Miami Beach, Florida,Contract
38 S—R dated May 1945.
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for approval of said plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and accept
said plans and that Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager and Acting
City Engineer, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
submit for consideration and approval to the Florida State
Board of Health the above—described plans.
