Resolution 5840 RESOLUTION NO. 5540
WHEREAS, H. Milton Link, Park Superintendent of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, is now in the Army of the United States of
America, on leave heretofore granted by said. City; and
WHEREAS, it is of vital importance to said City to again
secure the services of said H. Milton Link at the earliest possible
time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that Park Superintendent, H. Milton
Link, be and he is hereby requested to apply for inactive duty with
the Army in order that he may return to service with said City.
