Resolution 5847 RESOLUTION NC. 58+7
WHEREAS, the United States Navy has indicated that
it requires water service for various Navy-leased apartments in
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and has requested that the
City of Miami Beachsubmit a tender in connection therewith; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has examined the form of tender submitted by the Navy
and deems it to the best interest of the City of Miami Beach to
submit said tender

the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor of said City be
and he is hereby authorized and .directed to execute, in the name
of and on behalf of said City, the tender for furnishing water
to the United States Navy in connection with said Navy-leased
apartments.
