Resolution 5858 RESOLUTION NO. 5858
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
is authorized by law to act for said City and to expend its funds
for water works or sewerage systems, and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following
described plans and specifications to-wit:
"Contract 40-SR
Proposed Sanitary Sewers in Nautilus Extension Fifth
District SRN-75
City of Miami Beach
July 1945",
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval, and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for approval of said plans and
specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby accept and approve
said plans and specifications, and Claude A. Renshaw, City Manager
and Acting City Engineer be, and he is hereby authorized and directed
to submit the above described plans and specifications to the Florida
State Board of Health for its consideration and approval, and do any
or all acts necessary to secure such approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26th day of July, A.D.1945.
