Resolution 5868 RESOLUTION NO. 53OB
WI- REAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, as hereinafter set forth, t o-wit :
"To amend said ordinance, and the maps attached
thereto and made a part thereof so as to place in "RE" Multiple-
family District the following described property situate, lying
and being in Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit :
Lots 31 and 32 of NURSERY SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 23, at page 66, of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and
is hereby called, to be held on the 5th day of September, A. D.
1945, at 10:00 o' clock, A. M. , in the Council Chambers, in the
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said
amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he
is hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days' notice
of the time, place and object of said hearing by publishing
notice thereof in the Miami Beach Sun and Miami Beach Daily
Tropics, a newspaper of general circulation in said City of
Miami Beach in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289
of said City.
