Resolution 5871 RESOLUTION NO._ 5871 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-428 SR-498 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement its hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten- tion to proceed. under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-428 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances . At or near the centerline of Chase Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of West 40th Street to a point at or near the northerly line, produced westerly of Lot 12A, Forty-First Street Block. Together with a six ( 6) inch terra, cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of said Lot 12A, as a Hart of the main improvement. As said Avenue, Street, Lot and Block are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 47 of the Public Records of Dade CoZnty, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super- intendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper on con- ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-428, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-428.
