THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer ImprQvement
SR-428 ,
District SR-428 , be and the same is hereby
07: r.firmed, and an appropriP.tion of $363. 55 is hereby
authorized to be sot up from Current Fund Surplus,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
