Resolution 5877 RESOLUTION NO. 5877
WHEREAS, R. G. Dulaney and wife, and W. F. Snyder and wife,
have offered to dedicate to the use of the public, for alley pur-
poses, a twenty foot strip of land running from Chase Avenue to
Biscayne Waterway, approximately one hundred feet South of 41st
Street; and
WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City Clerk, a duly
executed instrument of dedication covering said strip of land, with
which instrument the City Council is familiar; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be for the best interest
of the City to accept said dedication,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said dedication be and the same
is hereby accepted by the City of Miami Beach.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of September , A. Ds 1945.
