Resolution 5879 RESOLUTION NO._5_879 _ SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-429 SR-429 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MTAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to oroceed. under Sections 29 and : 0 of the City Charter: SR-429 The laying undergroundof an eight (9) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the centerline of the alley in Block Five (5) , Harding Townsite, from a point at or near the centerline of Seventy-fifth (75th) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Seventy-fourth (74th) Street. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each fifty ( 50) feet of abutting property as a. Wait of the main improvement. I As said Alley, Block, Subdivision and Streets are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Th _rty-four (34) , Page Four (4) , of the Public Records of DadeCounty Florida, and as said Streets are named and designated. in Ordinance No. 232. • The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary andproper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; andthe estimatedamount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting oronerty. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-429, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-429.
