Resolution 5880 \ 1 RESOLUTION NO.__5880 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-430 SR-430 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-430 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the easterly curb line of Dickens Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Seventy-fourth (74th)Street to a point at or near the southerly lot line, produced westerly of Lot Three (3) , Block Six (6) , Harding Townsite. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of the main improvement; As said Avenue, Street, Lot, Block and Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4), of the public records of Dade County Florida, and as said Avenue and Street are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-430, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-430.
