SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-429 AND SR-430 DISTRICTS
SR-429 AND SR-430
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of October, 1945, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvements SR-429 & SR-430, Districts SR-429 & SR-430,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvements and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: ionses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the doe: of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
7th day of November,195 , at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvements .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, A. D. ,
1945
