SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-114 . A five foot concrete sidewalk on the west
side of Chase Avenue from the north line
of West Forty-first (41st) Street to the
north line of Lot Twenty-eight (28) , Block
Two (2) , Nursery Subdivision; and on the east
side of said Chase Avenue from a point at
or near the north line of Lot Six ( 6) , Block
Two (2) to the north line of Lot Three (3),
said Block Two (2) , Nursery Subdivision;
As said Avenue, Street, Lots, Blocks and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-
three (23) , Page Sixty-six (66) , of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the oroceedings and work herein provided for ;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-114, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SK-114.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st — DAY OF November, A.D. 1945.
