RESOLUTION NO. 5901
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-273 DISTRICT H-273
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of November, 1945, ordered
the Highway Improvement H-273
District H-273 , and has prepared and filed with the City
Cle�'� plans and specifications of such impro omen& and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
coct of the incidental expenses of said idiprovenent, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
5th day of December, 1945 , at the City Hall J _z said
City at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the c :nfirrna.tion of said resolution
ordering said improvement, and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said
City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-273 , District H-273 , be and the same is hereby
c: :' irrcd, and as appropriation of $5,864.93 is hereby
^.uthorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplus,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, A. D.
1945.
