Resolution 5906 RESOLUTION NO. 5906
WHEREAS, an extensive program of installation of sewers
in the Spring and Summer of the year 1946 is contemplated by
the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, sewer pipe for such contemplated work may not be
readily available when needed,
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVE), by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, thEt the City Manager who is also the
Acting City Engineer, be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to immediately place orders, in the name of said City, for such
sewer pipe as in his judgment will be required for the sewer in-
stallations during the year 1946.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of December, A. U. 1945.
