Resolution 5910 RESOLUTION NO. 5910
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the
Inspectors and Clerk who conducted the Primary Election held
December 14, 1945, for the election of a Trustee from Group 3
of the Employees Retirement System of the City of Miami Beach,
in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 5905, as
passed and adopted by the City Council on December 5, 1945, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate as the result
of said Primary Election, and do hereby declare the Trustee from
Group 3 elected to the Board of the Employees Retirement System
to be as follows:
GROUP 3: FRANK HOBAN (Elected by 35 votes out of a total
of 48 votes cast, being a clear
majority at the Primary Election. )
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of December, A. D. , 1945.
