Resolution 5914 RESOLUTICN N0. 5914
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Inspectors and Clerk
who conducted the Primary Election held December 14, 1945, and
the Election held December 21, 1945, for the election of a Trustee
for Group 1 of the Employees Retirement System of the City of
Miami Beach, in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No.
5905 as passed and adopted by the City Council On December 5,
1945, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns and
certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of said
City that they hereby adopt the said Certificate as the result
of said Election held December 21, 1945, and do hereby declare
the Trustee from Group 1 elected to the Board of the Employees
Retirement System to be as follows:
GROUP 1: G. W. Roberts
PASSED and ADOPTED this 26th day of December, A. D. 1945.
