SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-449 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the southerly curb line of Lake View Court
from a point at or near the centerline of Lake View
Drive to a point at or near the southwesterly Lot line
produced northwesterly of Lot Five (5) , Sur )rise Point
Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch ter-a cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of each abutting lot
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Court, Drive , Lot and Subdivision are shown on
a plat recorded in Plat Book Forty-three (43) , Page
Seventy-seven (77) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, .interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-449, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-449 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF July, A.D.1946.
