BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
Y' MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice hats been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. , August
7 , A. D. 1946 it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated. improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and
r' no objections having been presented, said improvement ,
as completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
