RESOLUTION NO. 6081
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That C. W. Tomlinson, City Clerk of said City of Miami
Beach be, and he is hereby made custodian of and is given
access to and authority to open that certain safety deposit
box in the vault of the Miami Beach First National Bank, and
under lease to the City of Miami Beach, provided that on each
occasion for the opening of said deposit box there shall be
present with said City Clerk, either Yr. F. L. Wall, President,
C. H. Alcock, Executive Vice President or E. E. Stockwill,
Vice-President, of said Miami Beach First National Bank.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, A. D. , 1946.
