Resolution 6090 RESOLUTION NO. 6090
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, conrnonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida", as hereinafter set forth,
to-wit :
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof so as to include in "BAA" Business District,
as said district is therein set forth and described, the following
described lands situate lying and being in Dade County, Miami Beach,
'lorida, to-wit :
The South Twenty (20) feet of the North One Hundred
Seventy ( 170) Feet of Block Fifty-three ( 53) of
ORCHARD SUBDIVISIONS NOS. 2 AND 3, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, at page
116, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THTlT;FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 2nd days of October, A. D. 1946, at
10:00 o' clock, A. H. in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen ( 15) days ' notice of
the time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the 1-vening Sun and. Daily Tropics, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City of Miami Beach in conformity
with section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
