Resolution 6094 RESOLUTION UO. 609'-
WHEREAS, Duncan Meter Corporation has proposedto
lease to the City of Miami Beach, Florida, any number of
Miller Parking Meters which the City may see fit to order,
and
WHEREAS, the proposal of said Duncan Teter Corporation
and a draft of the proposed agreement covering the leasing of
said parking meters have been exhibited to the City Council, and
WTiIER] AS, the City Council is familiar with the terms of
said proposal and said contract and deems it to the best interest
of. the City of Miami Beach to enter into said lease agreement,
NOW, TIEREF ORE, BE IT R: ,SOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the Mayor and the City Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
lease agreement in the name of and on behalf of said. City, provided,
however, that the approval of said contract., as to the form thereof,
shall have first been obtained from the City Attorney.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of September, A. D. 1946.
