SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO;TNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-450 Tie laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances
at or near the southerly line of Lot 2 , Block 26, Lake
View Heights , from a point at or near the easterly line
of said Lot 2 , to a point at or near the easterly curb
line of Delaware Avenue .
At or near the easterly curb line of Delaware avenue,
from a point at or near the southerly line , produced
westerly, of said Lot 2, to a point at or near the
northerly line , produced westerly, of Lot 1, said
Block and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of said Lots 1 and 2 ,
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Lots , Block, Subdivision and Avenue are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-seven (27) , Page Five
(5) , Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an esti-
mate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and
estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper on con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-450, and the property
against which assessments therefor ma:T be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-450.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th DAY OF Septembers A.D. 1946.
